You sell tools, screws, fastening technology and chemical products. In addition, you will delight our customers with our comprehensive RECA solutions, such as digital interfaces or automated management systems to optimise processes and save time.

You know the needs of your customers who trust you. This enables you to build a long-term and strategic relationship with your customers. With your iPad, you can present the right products from our range at any time. Between customer appointments, you are always in close coordination with your colleagues in Office Sales. They will support you with valuable tips and hints. Your regional sales manager is also in regular contact with you. You and your team are the first point of contact for our 78,000 customers. Together with you, we want to continuously expand our customer base.

Which area is right for you?

Trade

Expertise, technical competence and love for the trade – you are a capable point of contact for products and services in the areas of construction, timber work, installation, electrical and metalwork or internal company workshops. Together with your colleagues, you offer solutions in the areas of fastening and assembly technology as well as auxiliary and care products around the workshop and construction site. In addition, you provide quality services associated with our goods management solutions. As a networker, you build new relationships. You are in constant contact with your customers. The solution remains your focus throughout.

Application technology

Collaboratively develop, expand and share knowledge: As an application engineer, you will share your knowledge in the areas of heavy-duty anchors, window assembly, fire protection, roof and timber construction with colleagues and customers. You will provide capable support to our customers on site in case of technical problems.

System sales

Sales, support and service – in system sales you can join one of three teams.

  • In sales, you advise customers on new services and solutions, such as vending machines or electronic connections, in order to optimise customer processes.
  • As a system administrator, you have a fixed customer base which you visit regularly. On site, you equip vending machines and racks with goods and take new orders.
  • In system service, you take charge of all services relating to the construction, installation, training, filling and maintenance of vending machines and goods racks.
Vehicle interior equipment

When constantly moving around construction sites in a vehicle, taking care of tidiness and cleanliness is a must when it comes to mobile stations. We offer holistic solutions for this. You will advise and support customers around planning and installation through to vehicle handover. As part of this process, you will coordinate with our installation partners and other sales areas.

Occupational safety

Safe and healthy working conditions are the most important thing. As a specialist for personal protective equipment (PPE), you support and advise your customers on the subject of occupational safety, work safety and the finishing of work clothing.

From the needs analysis to the selection of custom-fit occupational safety articles and the creation of PPE concepts – no two days are the same, because every customer is different.

ACP Baustofftechnik

Purchasing, negotiating prices, preparing contracts, selling products and presenting goods – you’ll support your customers in the area of ACP Baustofftechnik with expertise and subject knowledge. These primarily are major customers and shopping centres of the German and European building materials, dry-construction and timber trade.

Association: Corporate groups

Always on the go for holistic service and optimal service focus: As an association salesperson you are a disseminator and a networker. Your key points of contact are the responsible RECA Key Account Manager and your partner in Office Sales. The Key Account Manager negotiates a framework agreement with our customer’s headquarters, which defines conditions. This forms the basis for your work: You will visit the customer’s individual branches and implement the concluded agreements. This involves you communicating the stipulated conditions, and advising and selling accordingly. Our customers in the association sector are companies operating across regions with at least five locations.
