Frequently asked questions

Can I apply for more than one job at a time?

Yes. Please indicate the jobs you wish to apply for on the application form or in your cover letter.

Have you already submitted your application? Then simply inform your contact person that other positions are also of interest to you. Contact details can be found in the job advertisement.

Can I change or withdraw my application later?

Yes, you can amend your application documents later or withdraw your application at any time. Please liaise with your dedicated contact person for this. Contact details can be found in the job advertisement.

What documents should be included in my application?

Your application must include your CV. Unfortunately, your application cannot be considered without a CV. Add previous employment references or proof of work experience – though not essential. A separate cover letter can be included if desired.
Please merge all documents into one PDF and upload it. It is also possible to upload documents individually.

What happens to my data?

Your data will of course be treated confidentially. You can find our Privacy Policy here.

Can I submit a speculative application?

Yes. You are welcome to send us a speculative application. Your application documents will be reviewed and, if necessary, included in our talent pool. We will get back to you as soon as a role becomes available in your desired area.

How can I prepare for the telephone or video interview?

The telephone or video interview is your opportunity to clarify any questions you may have. Take another look at the role you are applying for. Furthermore, we hope to get to know you better and will look at individual points on your CV.

For our interview, you should find a quiet space and be sure to check your technical equipment and, if necessary, internet connection beforehand.

How can I prepare for the personal interview?

In the interview, we want to find out together with you whether the job is right for you. Do your qualifications match the profile of the job description? Is there anything else you would like to tell us about yourself? Or how have you found the application process so far?

To put you at ease, in terms of attire for an interview in field sales, we recommend business attire without a tie. For internal sales, casual business attire is suitable.

How long is shadowing?

There is plenty to see in field sales, so you should plan for a day. Your shadowing partner will discuss the exact course of the day with you, what you will cover and what you should wear when you meet.
In internal sales, we hope to familiarise you with your future role and team over about 2 to 4 hours. Your contact person will discuss the details with you during the application process.

Are travel expenses reimbursed?

Your travel expenses to the interview and for travelling with us will be refunded at a rate of 30 cents per kilometre or upon presenting a second class train ticket.

When can I expect a response to my application?

As soon as you have sent us your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Our employees in the applicant management department look at each application individually. You will receive a personal response with the status of your application as soon as possible. We will contact you as soon as there is any news about your application.

Do I apply exclusively online or can I do it by post?

We ask that you apply online. It is the simplest, fastest and more secure way and offers numerous advantages. You can check at a glance whether you have correctly added all documents. Your application will be sent directly to the responsible employee without your data being viewed by unauthorised persons. In addition, our online application form is designed to be intuitive, meaning you only need two minutes to complete it.

If you are unable to submit an online application, applying by post is of course also possible.
