Office sales

Whenever our customers have a spontaneous need for hand tools or consumables, they visit our collection point shops. As a shop employee, you will provide advice on site and sell products with a focus on the customer and sales. Furthermore, you’ll present our range of 4000 to 6000 quality products.

In the back office, you provide indispensable support to your colleagues in the field. You are always there for them. You are also a capable and trustworthy contact person and problem solver for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, setting prices, processing orders and processing complaints.

Convincing, solution-oriented and open – as a member of Telephone Sales, you will support smaller companies by phone and email. You will advise our customers, present our products convincingly, create and process orders and sales offers, and close sales.

In the sales management and customer management team, you and your colleagues pursue the consistent goal of providing our customers with the best possible service. To do so, you will work actively with the field sales department. You will optimise sales areas by performing analyses, making recommendations for action and providing account data for sales and management. You’ll also maintain and update customer data.
