Recruiting

Our success is very closely tied to our employees – real people with character and enthusiasm who stick together. As a member of Recruiting, you look out for inquisitive doers and go-getters to strengthen our team. You identify the people who will help continue the company’s success and thus influence the medium- and long-term implementation of the company’s goals.

HR management

Empathy, understanding of employee concerns, organisational skills and trustworthiness are required in Human Resources management. You are the first point of contact for all our employees’ concerns, such as with payroll, time management, contract management, but also very personal advice for various questions posed by our colleagues. This means that you have a lot of responsibility for our entire team and each individual employee.

Personnel development

You know that success comes from continuous improvement. Behind every successful company are employees who are constantly developing. Here’s where you come into play: in personnel development, you support employees from all of our areas with their personal, professional and methodical development. In close coordination with specialist departments, we design training content dealing with sales training, e-learning, product and systems training and management development, and teach this with internal and external instructors. Furthermore, we participate intensively in further developing the RECA organisation as part of projects and processes.
