Time, inventory and order quantities – these are your variables. You keep an eye on stock levels so that you can purchase the right amount at the right time. With this in mind, you keep an eye on pricing trends to get the best deal.
You observe market developments: In the event of falling raw material prices or weakening demand, for example, you actively approach our suppliers to renegotiate prices. This is how you ensure our economic efficiency. In addition to negotiating skills, you ideally also have experience and knowledge of products and markets.
You have a solid overview of our warehousing. You make sure that stock levels are never too high nor too low. In addition, you track down any goods not delivered on time and discuss complaints directly with our suppliers.
